Lelli Kelly US offers free standard shipping within the US for orders over $99.
The cost for expedited shipping and shipping on orders under $99 is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
Products that are available for purchase, subject to confirmation of the actual stock availability, are shipped in 1-3 working days from the date of receipt and confirmation of the Order. Shipments are carried out from Monday to Friday.
Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days of the shipment, depending on the area.
During sales or promotions, shipments may require longer than standard delivery times. During the Christmas period, Customers should order by December 10th in order to receive their Order before Christmas.
The day the Order is shipped, the Customer will receive an email from Lelli Kelly US with the shipping confirmation, the courier used for the shipment, the tracking number and the expected delivery date.
If the shipment is not delivered within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the confirmation email, the Customer is asked to communicate this issue to Lelli Kelly US by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Upon delivery of the Order by the courier, the Customer is asked to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the goods.
If the packaging appears to have been tampered with in any way, the Customer is asked to note their concerns when signing the receipt or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the Customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and to contact Lelli Kelly US by email at email@example.com. If the packaging and/or the Products inside are damaged or if a Product listed on the delivery note is missing, the packaging must be kept for further checks.
Any claims related to tampering, damage, missing items or deliveries to the wrong address must reach Lelli Kelly US within a maximum of 5 (five) working days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise they cannot be accepted.
Customers who place an Order on the www.lellikelly.us website have established a business relationship with Lelli Kelly US and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their Order. If the Order is not delivered for reasons that can be attributed to the Customer (wrong/incomplete address, recipient always absent and impossible to contact, wrong telephone number, etc.) or if the Customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.
